Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how our deposit, cancellation, and satisfaction guarantee work for bookings made with Clean Home Company LLC.

1. Deposit Pre-Authorization and Release

When you submit a booking request, a temporary pre-authorization (hold) of $49 is placed on your card. No funds are permanently charged until your booking is manually reviewed and confirmed by our team. If your booking request is declined, cancelled before confirmation, or if we cannot accommodate your schedule, the temporary hold is immediately released, and no charges will occur.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling by the Customer

You may cancel or reschedule your service without any penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, or if our cleaning team arrives at the property and is unable to gain access due to missing or incorrect instructions, the $49 deposit is non-refundable and will be captured to compensate for the reserved cleaner time.

Emergency Exception: In cases of documented medical emergencies or severe unforeseen circumstances, the 24-hour notice requirement may be waived at management's discretion, and the deposit may be refunded or applied to a rescheduled booking.

3. Cancellations by Management

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, cleaner unavailability, or safety concerns. In the event that we must cancel your booking, any active pre-authorizations or charges will be fully refunded or released immediately.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-cleaning

We do not offer direct cash refunds for completed cleaning services. However, we stand by the quality of our work through our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you notice that any item from our checklist was missed or performed unsatisfactorily, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will then arrange a free re-cleaning visit to resolve all issues within 48 hours of your request.
